This past November, PCL ICE Level host Jessica Kent introduced fans to a Rogers Place neighbour and fine-dining restaurant located on the upper floor of the Grand Villa Casino — ATLAS Steak + Fish (WATCH). This week, Kent explores a few of the quick-service food options available right underneath ATLAS Steak + Fish in the Grand Villa Casino Food Court.
From a mouthwatering traditional burger to New York style, fresh-made pizza, there may be a few hidden food options attached right to Rogers Place that you didn’t know were there! Whether you’re looking for some quick eats before heading to the game, or you’re after a cup of joe to warm up from skating at the Downtown Community Arena, there’s something to offer everyone!
SBARRO PIZZA
First opening its doors in 1956 as an Italian Salumeria in Brooklyn, New York, Sbarro is famous for its pizza — made from homemade, hand stretched dough and combined with the freshest ingredients. Try a Pepperoni Stromboli or a classic slice of NYC cheese!
STARBUCKS
A beacon for coffee-lovers, Starbucks started with only a single store in 1971 located in Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market. A brand that started in Los Angeles, California in 2005, Pinkberry offers a tart frozen yogurt that can be combined with fresh, quality ingredients — offering a healthy alternative for those with a sweet tooth. Located next to Starbucks in the Grand Villa Casino Food Court, Pinkberry is currently offering the following flavours: original, grapefruit, chocolate hazelnut, pomegranate and wild berry.

Inspired by Vera’s Burger Shack, Vera’s Taco Shack will offer a variety of authentic and delicious tacos! Enhanced by fresh-made guacamole and salsa, The Taco Shack is sure to become a fan-favourite for those on the go. Stay-tuned to more information on its opening.
